unique wear process:the material to be tested is placed on a turntable and the two grinding wheels are pressed against the material with a certain weight so that it is worn. the grinding wheel rotates with the rotating surface of the sample disc, causing relative movement and wear, and the deflection of the grinding wheel shaft with respect to the rotating shaft of the rotating disc during the rotation produces a slip movement, thereby abrading the material. equipped with a vacuum system to absorb wear generated substances when the sample with an area of 10x10cm is subjected to wear, the surface material of the sample is abraded by full-angle particles or filaments to form a complete ring.
simulation of real use conditions: different kinds of abrasive media and accessories can be selected for different tests. repeated tests can be performed at the same point on one material, with a material thickness of approximately 0.5" broken or worn off. two speeds can be set (60, 72 rpm), 0-50000 rpm (100 can be quickly set , 500, 1000 or 2500 rpm) and 3 kinds of loads.
